Joint Commission Notification
Capability Healthcare seeks to provide the highest quality safe patient care. We also believe that certification of our program by the Joint Commission is a benefit to our patients and program. Along with this certification come a number of responsibilities that we take seriously, one of which is patient care and safety.
If at any time you have concerns about the safety or quality of care provided in our program you may report these to the Joint Commission. If you do report a safety or quality of care concern no retaliatory disciplinary action will be taken against you. A concern/complaint can be filed with the Joint Commission Office of Quality Monitoring at:
